Amvensys Medical Systems does not comprise with quality and security aspects. We are extremely sensitive about the regulations that affect the transcription industry. We are fully Compliant and make sure that we follow all protocols that are necessary to achieve this. We are sensitive about all documents we produce and do understand that we may be dealing with information that is extremely confidential. Our HIPAA privacy officer facilitates and manages the HIPAA and information security needs of our organization and for our clients. 

• We have 24 X 7 Surveillance and security personnel manning our office. 
• None of our transcription work leaves our office, its between our client and us. 
• We have disabled all external drives including floppy disk drives on each computer. 
• No individuals are allowed to bring in any floppies, any electronic devices including laptops, PDA. 
• No personnel are allowed to bring in or take out any paper or any written documents. 
• Every employee has to under go a formal security check on entering and leaving the premises. 
• We have a system of random checking on a regular basis. 
• All computers require unique passwords to use the computers and to start Windows 
• We have firewalls and antivirus software on all the computers and update virus definitions daily. 
• Any spoiled hard copies of notes and copies of patient information including documents schedules are shredded. 
•We currently require all our employees to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. 
• We maintain up-to-date legal contractual agreements with all business parties. 
• We follow 128 bit encryption for all transferred files. 
• Amvensys Medical Systems has administrative procedures in place to guard data integrity, patient confidentiality, and document availability. (Information Access Control and Access Authorization). 
• We have security services employed to prevent theft and/or vandalism of any information stored on our systems. 
• Technical evaluations are performed on a routine basis to make sure all systems meet or exceed specified security requirements.
